We aim to make your shipping experience with us as fast and easy as possible. When you place your order it will be routed to the Nui distribution point closest to your delivery address. Should your order not be in stock at this location, we will ship your order from another region.

All orders placed before 2pm Monday – Friday are dispatched the same day.


Shipping Methods ex NZ

NZ orders over $100 ship free.

NZ orders under $100 cost $6.00 (NZD) by Courier Post.  Delivery time is usually 1-3 days.

Australia orders over $100 ship free.

Australia $15.00 (NZD) by NZ Post international courier. Less than 500g.  Tracked with signature. Allow 5-7 days.

Rest of world orders over $150 ship free.

Rest of World $25.00 (NZD) by DHL. Less than 500g.  Tracked with signature. Allow 5-7 days.

Duty & Taxes

The buyer/recipient is responsible for all applicable duty and/or taxes that may be applied by your local authority or customs agency.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied we will gladly issue a refund within 10 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in original condition, with original tags in place. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, minus shipping charges. Sale items are not eligible for return. We will not accept damaged items that have been worn and/or garment tags removed. In such cases, the item will be returned at your cost.

How to make a return/exchange:
Prior to sending merchandise in for a refund or exchange, you must obtain a return authorisation number. Please email us to request a Return Authorisation Number (RMA). Please let us know at this time why you are sending the item(s) back.

Once your request is approved, typically within 1 business day, you will receive an e-mail with your RMA# and address for return. Please print out, complete and include a copy of our returns form to aid in the speedy refund or replacement of the product. Include your RMA# on the returns form. You are responsible for the cost and security of return postage.

Returned items and items for exchange must be received by us within 10 business days of receiving your RMA#. It is strongly recommended that you insure the package and ship it back to us via via Registered Mail or similar traceable carrier. This protects you in case the shipment is damaged or lost in transit. We can only credit you for items received back in our warehouse. We will send you an email upon receipt of your package. Please allow 4-6 weeks for a return credit to appear on your credit card statement. Exchanges are subject to availability. We will contact you with alternative options should your first choice be unavailable.

Missing or incorrect items:
If you have been sent the wrong item in error or feel you are missing an item from you order, please contact us immediately by emailing and we will remedy the situation.

We take pride in producing quality products. If you receive an item you consider defective please contact us within 30 days of receipt to arrange a replacement. Should the item be found to be faulty we will also take full responsibility for replacement shipping costs.
